Dr Switzer believes that compassion is key to providing personalized and empathetic healthcare. She discovered her passion for eye care while working at Honolulu Eye Clinic in 2009, leading her from a degree in International Studies to an optometry doctorate from New England College of Optometry in Boston in 2017.​ Dr. Switzer grew up in a military family, spending most of her childhood in South Korea, and moved to Roseville in 2022 with her husband and 3 year old son to be near her parents. You know what they say, "it takes a village".

Dr. Cherukara, a native Houstonian, graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Houston Baptist University before achieving her Doctor of Optometry degree with Magna Cum Laude honors from the University of Houston College of Optometry. Throughout her academic journey, Dr. Cherukara distinguished herself by holding multiple public health leadership positions and earning a Clinical Letter of Excellence from her faculty. During her 4th year of Optometry school, she completed clinical externships at two distinguished locations. At the world-renowned Walter Reed National Military Medical Hospital, she specialized in treating ocular complications arising from traumatic brain injuries. Additionally, she gained valuable experience at the Native American Cherokee Nation in Oklahoma, where she managed medical conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and dry eyes. Beyond her professional pursuits, Dr. Cherukara finds joy in spending quality time with family and friends. She loves exploring different cuisines, indulging in baking adventures, and embarking on exciting travels around the world.

Dr. Dacanay is happy to be back in Northern California and excited to be practicing optometry in the Sacramento area. After earning her Bachelor of Science degree from California State University of Sacramento, Dr. Dacanay graduated from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts.

Bryan began his career in the optical field in 2019 and earned his ABO certification in 2020. In 2021, he joined EssilorLuxottica through Target Optical where he quickly advanced to manage the Arden location. Seeking new opportunities for growth, he transitioned to LensCrafters in Natomas. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys hands-on projects, spending quality time with family and exploring new interests.

Carmela began working for LensCrafters in 2018. From there she decided to get her optician licensed and was certified in 2020. She has been working as a licensed optician at LensCrafters since. On her free time, she enjoys spending time with. her daughters and shopping.
